Neil Bonner
Neil Bonner works in the information technology field as a manager for applications development at the Transportation Security Administration. His focus is on innovation and collaboration for internal and external audiences.
Working with senior leadership and other thought leaders, he manages a team of IT federal and contractor staff to develop “Gov 2.0″ applications and collaboration platforms for internal staff and external citizen engagement.
His professional focus is organizational and cultural transformation through decentralization, empowerment, information sharing and mass collaboration.
